How we choose what to cover
We select products and companies that help explain a meaningful part of robotics: companionship, learning, research, industrial work or the tools around them. The directory combines accessible products with important systems you cannot simply order for your home. Purchase stages make that distinction visible.
Our lists are editorial selections. They are not market-share rankings, test winners or a complete census of every manufacturer. An affiliate program does not qualify a product for inclusion.
What the evidence means
Launch articles and listings are based on published primary sources. We have not performed hands-on hardware tests of the listed products. A checked date means we revisited the cited information; an announcement can be older than that date. Prices, editions, availability and features can change.
We separate manufacturer descriptions from our interpretation, show relevant limitations and leave unresolved facts unknown. Follow the original sources before making a purchase.
